Description
Enclave Academy’s Cohort-to-Cadre™ Team-Building Workshops are immersive, small-group experiences designed to deepen metacognition strengths within teams. Over 10 months, cohorts of six to 12 members meet for three hours monthly, engaging in research-based microlearning, robust peer discussion, and live team testing of new frameworks and reflective tools. The intimate format ensures every voice is heard, allowing for deep practice of metacognitive skills— such as questioning assumptions, monitoring group thought patterns, and adapting strategies— all while strengthening mutual trust and real-world collaboration. Participants leave as highly aware, metathinking cadres, equipped to bring higher-order thinking and adaptive leadership to their organizations.
