Thinker-Doer Mindblazers

Welcome to Enclave Academyʼs Thinker-Doer Mindblazers™—an after-school club built for high school students hungry to ignite their Neurohero™ Thinkingpowers™ and become the next generation of bold, ethical problem-solvers. As “Blazers™,” these curious minds gather at least once a month for eight months, forming tight-knit chapters mentored by faculty advisors with psychology backgrounds and local professionals: Enclave Academy-certified Metamentors™, drawn straight from the ranks of community employers.

Inside each session, Mindblazers™ dive headfirst into powerful, practical topics—mastering critical thinking skills, developing constructive mindsets, and learning to spot and sidestep common cognitive biases. Every meeting begins with an inspiring, recorded message from the Academyʼs Cognitive Command™, sparking lively discussion and challenging Blazers™ to think more deeply about how they see and shape the world.

But Mindblazers™ is more than just talk—itʼs a launchpad for real impact. Each cohort chooses a project designed to benefit their entire school, thoughtfully thinking things through together (“T5”) and building a concrete, actionable plan that can improve life for students and staff alike. Along the way, participants grow not just as thinkers, but as doers—ready to lead, innovate, and help others do the same. The Mindblazers™ experience leaves students with lifelong tools for navigating complexity, influencing positive change, and blazing new trails as empowered Neuroheroes™
